With over ten years’ experience in hotels and restaurants across Australia and abroad, Chef Tom is renowned for creating new, fabulous dishes and transferring Vietnamese taste and morale in each dish.
Beginning his culinary career at the 5-star Vietnam Continental Restaurant in Sai Gon, An Le Hotel, Chop Chop Chang in West End, Brisbane, Tom has perfected his craft over time.
“Joining Arlette’s Kitchen in 2018 is one of the most challenging decision” said Tom. He knew that was the best time for him to kick up a fuss about his own creative cuisine, he decided to take the chance.
His mission is bringing to customers of Arlette’s Kitchen a definitely different experience which they could not find in any other place in Brisbane.
